Dr. Hayley Cooper is from Salem, Illinois and obtained both her bachelor’s and master’s degree at the University of Illinois.  Dr. Cooper went on to receive her DVM from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. Her areas of interest include preventative health and surgery. She lives in Tuscola with her fiancé, Philip, their two dogs (Duke-labrador retriever and Riggs- Australian shepherd), and Goldie the cat. Much of her free time is spent riding her horse, Joker, reading a good thriller book, and spending time with family and friends.
