Emma started at SportsVet the summer of 2019 for an internship and was hired as a Urgent Care Veterinary Assistant while she was finishing school. Emma graduated from the Parkland Veterinary Technology Program in May 2020 and then began working as a Full-time Urgent Care CVT. Prior to deciding to pursue a career as a veterinary technician, she had the opportunity to work in a Vivarium while in college. She cared for bearded dragons, lizards, frogs, turtles, snakes and lots of fish. In Emma's free time she enjoys spending time with her dog Maverick and her two cats, Winnie and Eloise. She also loves to read books and paint. Her and her husband enjoy traveling in the summer and listening to live music.
