Dr. Dillon joined the SportsVet family in 2015. A resident of central Illinois, she developed a love for animals while working with horses and numerous other animals on her family's farm. Dr. Dillon graduated from University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine where she spent time cultivating a love for veterinary surgery and rehabilitation. Upon graduation Dr. Dillon began her veterinary career at a small animal practice in Decatur, IL. gaining experience in medicine and surgery by providing both general and on-call emergency care.  Since joining SportsVet, Dr. Dillon has pursued additional training in ultrasound, and became certified in Veterinary Spinal Manipulative Therapy, Canine Rehabilitation and is a member of the College of Animal Chiropractors.  Aside from surgery and rehabilitation, Dr. Dillon is also incredibly passionate about pain management, senior health, and canine athletes.  Dr. Dillon has two pets of her own; Jeff, a Dachshund, and Rookie, an Australian Cattle Dog.  Outside of the veterinary clinic, Dr. Dillon enjoys traveling, working out, and being outdoors with her dogs and husband.
