What is the refund policy?
If needed, boarding reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours (2 days) prior to the reservation date for a full refund.
Can I check-in early or pick-up late?
Due to varying availability, we cannot guarantee an early check-in or a late pick-up. Please request this before booking your reservation and SportsVet will do our best to accommodate.
Can someone else drop-off or pick-up my pet?
If anyone other than the owner is picking up or dropping off your pet, please alert SportsVet prior and make sure they can provide a valid photo ID.
Can I bring bedding?
Due to safety and sanitary limitations, we cannot accept any personal belongings (e.g. beds, blankets, etc.). SportsVet will provide all the necessary bedding to keep your pet comfortable.
Can I bring toys?
Please do not bring any consumable toys for your canine friend as it poses a choking hazard. Do not bring rawhides, bully sticks, and toys with fluff, cloth, or squeakers. Nylabones, Kongs, and other non-consumable toys are permitted.
Can I bring my own food?
We encourage you to bring your own food from home. We cannot accept large bags or containers of food. Please prepare each meal in separate Ziploc bags and label them.
Please tell us if you need an exemption to this policy and we will try to accommodate your request.
We can provide dry Purina EN at no cost if you decline to bring your own food
Will you administer my dog’s medication?
We can administer oral, transdermal, intraotic, and intraocular medications if your dog is healthy enough to board. There will be a one-time $8 medication fee applied to each reservation, if your canine needs medication.
