Interested In Cat Boarding? Interactive Cat Condos Are Available!
SportsVet’s boarding facility features interactive cat condos to house your pet while you’re away! These multi-level structures are designed with curious cats in mind. Your kitty can climb up and down, exploring the roomy enclosure, or just curl up in the cozy bed provided. Additionally, cat condos are located on the opposite side of our facility from any potentially noisy dogs to provide a stress-free, safe, and comfortable experience with every visit.
$35.00 per night
For families boarding more than 1 pet in the same run/room, a discount of up to 30% will be applied to the additional pet’s boarding fees.
To allow our housekeeping staff ample time to properly sanitize and prepare each room for arrivals, standard check-in time begins at 12:00 pm. (SportsVet will make efforts to accommodate early
check-ins as needed, but it cannot be guaranteed.) Check-out is before 1:00 PM each day. Drop-offs should be here no later than 5:45 to allow for check-in before the 6 pm-close.
Saturday: Pick and drop off anytime between 8 and 12 noon.
Sunday: Pick up between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm.
Please allow at least 10 minutes for check-in to fill out a detailed admission form at each drop-off.
If anyone other than the owner will be picking up your pet, please alert SportsVet before pick-up and make sure they can provide a valid photo ID.
Due to safety and sanitary limitations, we cannot accept any personal belongings (i.e. beds, blankets, etc.). SportsVet will provide all the necessary bedding to keep your pet comfortable.
All feline guests are served Purina OM to decrease GI problems your pet may have while boarding. If you prefer to bring food from home, please prepare each meal in the appropriate serving size in separate Ziploc bags, and write your last name on the labeling section. We cannot accept large bags or containers of food.
SportsVet will provide a qualified staff member to administer oral and/or topical medications for an additional fee of $8.00. Guests requiring specialized care are handled on a case-by-case basis and should be planned prior to drop-off. All medication must be provided by the owner and clearly labeled with written instructions, the pet’s name, type of medication, reason for medication dosage, and administration schedule.
All cats participating in boarding are required to be on monthly Flea Prevention. Monthly Tick Prevention is strongly recommended but not required. All forms of prevention must be purchased through a licensed veterinarian. In addition, all pets will be given a dose of Capstar flea control upon entering the facility, which includes a $5.00 fee applied to the boarding fee at pick-up. Capstar is an oral tablet that kills adult fleas only for 24 hours. If there is a heavy infestation at check-in, your cat will be treated with Vectra and you will be responsible for the charge.
The following vaccines are required to be administered a minimum of 10 days prior to your pet’s stay:
Rabies (1 or 3 year)
FVRCP (1 year) / HCP (3 year) : Feline Rhinotracheitis, CaliciVirus, Panleukopenia.
Annual Vaccine Titers are accepted for Rabies in Cats. All other vaccines must be boosted.
