Our new facility is located on Route 45 in Savoy, just a short drive South of Champaign.

The new building is very spacious and has lots of excellent equipment to help with your pet's needs.

The reception area offers a warm, homelike environment as you enter our facility. Two entrances, one from our parking lot and one directly from Animal Outfitters, provide easy access and convenience, especially for customers with multiple stops in their busy day.

The surgical suite contains state of the art anesthesia and surgical equipment. 2 large observation windows provide visibility while maintaining the proper surgical atmosphere and sterility. One window directly overlooks the recovery room to enhance maintenance of post-operative patients.

The treatment area has many uses. A drop tub allows for animals, but especially large dogs to be bathed with ease. By putting a grated top on the tub, it is transformed into a work station providing space for simple, non-sterile procedures and dentals. This area also has complete anesthesia capabilities.

Radiology is a one-stop shop for all of your x-ray needs. X-rays can be taken and developed in a short amount of time to provide you with the most available knowledge pertaining to your animal’s condition.

The underwater treadmill is our most utilized rehabilitation device. Dogs are able to build strength and endurance while reducing the stress placed on the joints due to the buoyancy provided by the water.

We have the only swim tank in the area; we're are able to swim dogs in a safe and controlled environment changing the force of the current that they swim against. This is the ultimate device to improve strength and endurance for athletic dogs.

Canine Physical Therapy

Sports medicine and physical rehabilitation have been used for years to assist humans to achieve a full recovery following injury and/or surgery. It has also been utilized to enhance performance of many types of athletes. These same methods can now be utilized with your pet. Physical therapy can reduce the need for anti-inflammatory medication for your pet. It can also be utilized to improve performance of your pet in athletic events. A sport-specific conditioning program can be designed specifically for your dog. Animals can now recover from injuries that were once career ending with the use of physical therapy and, in some cases, advanced surgical techniques.
